Under the direction of "Grandfather Foissy" Établissements Foissy experiencing strong growth.
FOISSY becomes Société Anonyme.
1968 - 1978
Foissy SA continues its development under the leadership of a son of the family Foissy : Mr. Lefèvre.
The company from 80 to over 250 employees benefiting from the growing automobile. It provides hinges to French carmakers.
As Warcq site is flooded every year by flooding of the Meuse, a transfer plant in Ham-les-Moines is engaged.
1979-1984
After passing through difficult times, notably due to accidental death of his successive leaders Foissy SA files for bankruptcy.
Activity forge is dismantled, the site of Ham is closed. Warcq site is taken by the company that has a Raguet forge Bogny-sur-Meuse without machining means. Foissy then the new company SARL Foissy : SN Foissy.
Foissy devoted himself mainly to markets in medium series : commercial vehicles and industrial equipment and agricultural machinery, Renault Espace, etc..

1985-1990
To solve the problem of annual floods Warcq site, the company sets up in Saint-Marceau (not flood) on the site of an ancient smelter.

1989 - 1993
